My name is Chris Miles and I’m the owner of BC Stone and Floor Care. The BC branding was established in 2016 and since 2018 we have been mastering the craft of stone and hard surface restoration. We have completed training with some of the leading business trainers and suppliers in the industry. We continue to work alongside these organisations to offer the most up-to-date cleaning restoration and protection for our customers.

We cover all aspects of natural stone restoration, tile and grout cleaning, wood floor sanding and vinyl products including Luxury Vinyl Tiling (LVT), Karndean and Amtico. We continue to offer our commercial business floor services and our premium multi-stage carpet cleaning service. My marble worktops were very tired and worn with stains and scratches. Chris has done wonders with them and they are transformed. He also cleaned my floor so it’s as good as new. I’m very happy with all aspects of service, from turning up on time, to offering a value for money price and for not finishing until he was satisfied with the quality of the finish. All done in a courteous and friendly manner. Highly recommended.

Chris did an excellent job of polishing/refurbishing our granite sink top which had mainly limescale stains and some other stains/damage. Almost like new now.

Absolute 5 star experience with Chris and our newly transformed oak hall floor. Chris is a great guy, very knowledgeable about what he can offer and what results can be achieved and also a really friendly guy. The whole process was seamless from the initial quote, the patch test and then the end result. His wife Billie keeps you updated via e-mail all the way through and we are absolutely over the moon with our new hall floor it literally looks brand new despite it being 18 years old! We recently had our solid wood floors sanded and re-oiled in a darker colour, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The transformation is incredible — the floors honestly look brand new! The darker tone has completely elevated the feel of the space, giving it a rich, modern warmth. Chris was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was incredibly informative, clearly explaining each step and helping us choose the right finish to suit our style. His attention to detail and professionalism really stood out, and it was clear he takes great pride in his work. If you’re thinking of restoring your wooden floors, we can’t recommend Chris highly enough. The results speak for themselves — flawless finish and top-notch service!

We recently had our wooden kitchen and dining room floors refinished by BC.
Chris came out initially to survey and advise on the process, he arrived on time as arranged, the quote was very prompt.
We accepted the quotation and the work was arranged within a very reasonable time frame.
On all 3 day's Chris arrived on time and explained what he'd be doing. All in all we're very impressed by the way BC conduct their business and ultimately the work carried out is to a very high standard at what believe was a very fair price, we'd definitely recommend BC in the future.

Chris undertook a job at my parents house, deep cleaning 4 floors and resanded and stained a larger floor and he did a truly fabulous job.

He is diligent in his work, taking the time to understand the needs and wants of his customers and then working tirelessly to achieve the end results.

Very professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him. Would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

We can't recommend Chris and his team enough. He took so much care with our Victorian tiled hallway and was meticulous in getting the best finish possible. He is also very friendly and easy to get along with.
Our tiles were in a terrible state and had been badly laid, there were several that needed replacing. Chris spent lots of his own time tracking down the rare replacements and cleaning them up.
He's a lovely bloke.

Chris from start to finish has just been incredible, not only the cleaning of two sofas that we inherited of previous owners of the house so needed sprucing up, but the extra help and advice he has given during our whole move has just been so thoroughly appreciated. Even when we didn't think we had any work specifically for Chris, ( because I'd read Facebook wrong! ) he still took time out of his day to speak on phone, pop over, forward contacts ... we don't know where we'd be without him to be honest! Sofas have come up lovely, he took no time at all amd looked after the house whilst he was here. Any future work we do have is definitely going his way and I would recommend him to anyone!
