My name is Chris Miles and I’m the owner of BC Stone and Floor Care. The BC branding was established in 2016 and since 2018 we have been mastering the craft of stone and hard surface restoration. We have completed training with some of the leading business trainers and suppliers in the industry. We continue to work alongside these organisations to offer the most up-to-date cleaning restoration and protection for our customers.

Chris came out initially to survey and advise on the process, he arrived on time as arranged, the quote was very prompt.

We specialise in restoring Wood & Natural Stone floors, Tile & Grout cleaning, Amtico care, and all hard floor services. We restore & polish Wood & Stone worktops and many more surfaces
This project was particularly interesting as the homeowner had previously worked within the stone flooring industry. They understood the importance of using the correct products, processes and ongoing maintenance to care for their natural stone floor.
Like many busy family homes, years of everyday use had left dirt and residues trapped within the textured surface of the tumbled Travertine and grout lines.
Travertine is one of the most common natural stones we restore. Once the surface has been professionally cleaned and reset, regular sealing helps to protect the stone and makes ongoing maintenance much easier.
After completing the deep clean and sealing process, the homeowner told us:
