Stage 1 Main Surface Sanding

Stage 2 Fine Sanding
Next, we switch to the Bona FlexiSand, progressing through higher grit abrasives. This step refines the surface, preparing it perfectly for the final finish.
Stage 3 Edging
Edges and corners require special attention. With our Bona Edging Sander, we sand right up to the walls and into every nook, ensuring a consistent, even finish across the entire floor.
Hardwax Oil Finishing
Once sanding was complete, we applied two coats of Hardwax Oil 2K from Overmat Industries Floorservice in the shade ‘Jalisco’. This rich, warm tone beautifully enhances the natural grain of the oak. Plus, it’s solvent-free, environmentally friendly, and completely fume-free, making it a safe and sustainable choice for any home.
